How to return an item ?
If one part or the entire of your order does not correspond to you or if you have changed your mind, you have a period of 14 days from the day of receipt to inform us of your intention to return the items to us, indicating the reason for this return. A return authorization from us will be required to return us the items. This shipment (at your expense) remains under your full responsibility in case of loss by the postal service. Only products returned complete (unused with all accessories) in their original packages and in perfect conditions for resale will be accepted. They must be correctly protected. We have the obligation to refuse any defective packages. Our customer service department inspects the returned products. A taxe relief may be applied depending on the damage found. Then a fead-back will be sent to you.

In case of manufacturing defect of the product or delivery error, (send us photos which prove it), you have the choice between: A refund An exchange if the product is still available (our haulier will deliver you the replacement product and take back the defective one).
